You may request closure of your 1jgame Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary closure.
1jgame reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time without prior notice if we reasonably believe that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) your Account has been used for fraudulent or illegal activity; (c) you have provided false registration information; (d) you are located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction; or (e) your continued use of the Platform poses a risk to other players or to the integrity of our operations.
An Account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months is considered dormant. 1jgame will notify you by email prior to applying a dormancy administration fee, which will be deducted from your Real Money Balance monthly until the balance reaches zero or until you reactivate your Account by logging in. Full details of the applicable dormancy fee will be communicated to you in the dormancy notification email.

JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited within 30 seconds of transaction confirmation. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are processed within standard banking hours and are typically credited to your 1jgame Account within the same working day. 1jgame is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider or banking institution.
All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from a payment account belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited. From time to time, 1jgame offers bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. Free bets awarded under a promotion are valid only for the specific bet type, market, and minimum odds stated in the promotion terms. Free bet stakes are not returned with winnings. Free bets expire at the time stated in the promotion and cannot be exchanged for cash or carried over beyond the expiry date.
Withdrawals may only be requested from your Real Money Balance. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full. Withdrawal requests made before a Wagering Requirement is satisfied will result in the associated Bonus Funds being forfeited.
All withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. 1jgame will not process any withdrawal until your identity, age, and payment method have been verified. Players are encouraged to complete KYC immediately after registration to avoid delays when requesting withdrawals.

In the event of a manifest error — including incorrectly stated odds, a software fault that generates an incorrect game result, or a data feed error affecting bet settlement — 1jgame reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' Accounts. This right applies regardless of whether the manifest error was in the player's favour or against it.
Live in-play betting markets are subject to a short delay between your bet submission and confirmation to allow 1jgame's systems to validate that the market is still open and that the requested odds remain valid. 1jgame is not responsible for internet connectivity interruptions that affect the placement of live bets. Bets submitted but not confirmed due to a connectivity issue on your end will not be accepted.
